Seymour Moskowitz is a co-founder and co-president of CoVant. Mr. Moskowitz has extensive technical and management experience with aerospace engineering and professional services companies in support of DoD and other Federal government agencies. Prior to forming CoVant, he served as Executive Vice President of Technology at Anteon International Corporation where his responsibilities included providing risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to technical, financial, programmatic, and contractual issues. He also executed strategies for technical content and pricing of proposal bids leading to a 50% win rate. During his career, Mr. Moskowitz has served as Vice President of Technology at Vitro Corporation, a systems engineering and integration company, as well as Director of Research at Curtis Wright Corporation, an aeropropulsion and electric power generation systems engineering and manufacturing company. He formerly served as a board member of the Software Productivity Consortium and currently is a member of the Technical Advisory Board of the Fraunhoffer Software Engineering Institute.
